Our stay at Heritage Inn Express was a mix of highs and lows, making for an interesting experience. The serene outdoor swimming pool provided a lovely setting for unwinding, although the sun loungers could do with a little upgrade. I particularly enjoyed the tranquility of the sun terrace, perfect for soaking up some rays and enjoying the picturesque surroundings.The spa services were a mixed bag - while the potential for relaxation was evident, some aspects, like the broken jet tub in our suite, left much to be desired. However, the promise of new management at the property gives hope for positive changes in the future.The staff, though not exactly multilingual, were accommodating to our needs. The location was indeed convenient. Though the breakfast offerings were inconsistent, the overall experience left us somewhat disappointed. The potential and the tranquil environment of the hotel are unmistakable, hinting at the possibility of a more rejuvenating stay for future guests.
